Most clients leave 20%-30% of the service price. Our system allows us to process tips on your credit card prior to completing your transaction, however, if you would like to tip your therapist in person you can do that as well. Although gratuities are always appreciated, they are never expected. It is our pleasure to provide the service to you.

We love hosting parties such as bachelorette, family reunions, friends, and golfers. You will select the “schedule” button. Scroll down to the “group/party massages”. Once you click the selection of the type and length you want, you’ll be presented with a calendar to choose your date/time preference then a list of therapists available that time. You’ll choose the therapist and proceed through the booking process. Please list all names of guests on the form with the length of each session next to the guest. You may repeat this process to book multiple therapists for your party.

For cancellations, you must provide a minimum 48 hour notice to receive refund less a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs.. Any notice less than 48 hours is nonrefundable. Please reach out with any questions 480-779-0156.

Payment is required by credit card and must be scheduled online prior to the therapist’s arrival. Requiring prior credit card payment allows us to vet new clients for our therapists, provides security for them in knowing that the service has been paid prior to their arrival, and helps us ensure the safety of our staff.

You can rest assured all of our therapists have had full background checks and are licensed and insured for In-home Massage Therapy. We keep a record of the location of our therapists at all times, and they check in with us both when they arrive at your home/business and when they leave. Make sure to remove all jewelry. You may choose to wear a robe, which is easier to remove when getting on and off the table and takes the worry out of getting oil on your clothes. Our therapist will leave the room while you disrobe. We ask that you fully undress so that way we may better reach your lower back. You will be drained by a sheet the entire time (Az law- do not ask for any non-draped situation. It will lead to termination of session with no refund), but you may leave on your underwear if it makes you more comfortable.

You do not need to provide anything. We come fully prepared with a specially designed massage table, fresh and clean sheets, lotion, and relaxing music. A space that will fit a 6’ massage table with at least 3’ working space on each side is needed. We will NOT massage outside/poolside during summer months or peak heat times (outside of summer months) without shade. The sun is very intense here in AZ and dehydration is not fun for the client or massage therapist.

If you are in a hotel, business, or high-rise condo with very little parking, then you will be charged for the massage therapist’s parking for the duration of the massage.

Please allow a 10 – 15 minute leeway time for traffic or unforeseen road conditions that may delay your therapist. We unfortunately cannot refund appointments if these conditions apply to our therapist being late. In the event that your therapist is more than 20 minutes late, you may choose to cancel your massage before your therapist shows up and receive a full refund. Also, please be at the massage location at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another client. Appointments cancelled with proper notice are refunded minus a small 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Because your therapist reserves travel and setup time just for you, late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments are charged the full service amount. We always do our best to be understanding in cases of sudden illness, emergencies, or unsafe weather – just reach out to your therapist and/or 480-779-0156 as soon as possible so we can discuss options.

Massage therapy is strictly professional and focused on relaxation and wellness. Any inappropriate language, requests, or behavior will result in the immediate end of the session, full payment charged, and no future bookings accepted. We ask that all guests treat their therapist with the same respect and professionalism that we provide in return.
