Meet Your Host - Kim Baker

Kim is a bodywork practitioner/ massage therapist by trade with over 25 years’ experience at mastering her craft. Her main focus is women’s health massage with an emphasis on Mayan massage for trauma, fertility, autoimmune, menstrual irregularity, menopause, and movement of stagnant energy in the abdominal cavity. She blends the Mayan abdominal massage with yoni steam sessions to add support for women seeking a deep level of healing. 

Kim started hosting retreats in 2019 and has continued to do so today. Locations such as Sedona, New Mexico, Kaui, and Isla Mujeres, Mexico have lent much support by the powerful land to give the women what they need during the course of the retreat. Kim loves to create the supportive structure and bring in assistants and facilitators eager to share their gifts with the women in attendance.  

Retreats are a vision of Kim’s that have continued to grow since moving to Arizona in 2013. She has since started a nonprofit, “A retreat is Sacred Being.”  Her nonprofit hopes to support individuals that may not have resources to attend retreats but desire the connection and deep healing that is available in such a beautiful, powerful container.

Secrets of the Ancestors

We’ll celebrate Dia De Los Muertos under the desert sky with dance, music, and an ofrenda to honor the spirits that came before.

During our time together we will listen with our hearts and look deeper into some of the practices that can connect us to our lineage.

The use of mediumship with divination will allow us to connect as we gather and deliver us with message from our ancestors. 

The use of sound medicine with an Aztec healer who will connect our hearts and minds to the ethereal realm. 

Emotional code will honor the clearing of past patterns that may be ours or what may be passed down in our DNA You know, those patterns that never really made sense to us, but we just do it and come to find out that great great uncle Joe did the exact same thing at that age? Hmm

We will use ancestry DNA tools to recognize our cultures and how we are different but have the common thread of sameness.  

Emotional code to go deeper into beliefs systems that may have been ancestral. This will offer DEEP clearing and releasing. 

We’ll have a procession for Dia de Los Muertos in a beautiful botanical garden.
